Table reservations at UC Shuffleboard Bar for groups and companies

Table reservations at UC Shuffleboard Bar are not a requirement, but if you are a larger group it might be a good idea to make a table reservation and we will be happy to book a space for you so that you are guaranteed seating and a good evening at Copenhagen's best rooftop shuffleboard bar.

For bookings for larger groups we charge a reservation fee of 1500,-, which must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event for a booking to be confirmed. Unfortunately we have to do this as we experience too many no-shows or cancellations on the day, which results in high costs for us.

During busy periods we may not be able to take any table reservations, but we always make sure to have plenty of room for walk-ins from the street and never reserve all our tables. A table reservation at UC Shuffleboard Bar is never a requirement and we will always do our best to ensure there is room for everyone.

Reservations for Copenhagen's best Rooftop Bar

A table reservation is not required at UC Shuffleboard Bar, but if you are a larger group, we are happy to make reservations on the terrace, however, there are couple of things you should be aware of when making table reservations on the terrace.

Latest table reservation on the terrace is at 18:00

The terrace closes every day at 22:30. for consideration of the neighboursand when the terrace closes it is not possible to reserve tables both inside and outside.

Det er It is not permitted to bring any decorations or your own food to the terrace. due to extra cleaning, garbage and the risk of rubbish floating around.

In case of bad weather, we automatically move all bookings inside and always make sure that everyone with table reservation has a place to be, regardless of the weather.

Due to busy times during the summer period, there may be dates when we do not accept table reservations.

Please note that we only make reservations for groups of a minimum of 14 people. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your table reservation, the table will be given to other waiting guests.

Enjoy the sun on the Nordvest's best terrace with your best friends. If you are a larger group, you are welcome to contact us and reserve an area on the terrace.

UC Shuffleboard Bar's rooftop terrace is a sought-after summer spot with sun all day long, but fortunately there is room for a lot of guests and even if you don't have a table reservation, it is almost always possible to find a seat as we never reserve more than about 40% of our seating for groups.

At Copenhagen's most chill and relaxed rooftop terrace there is no dress code, no reservations required and no pretentious vibes. We have plenty of seating, with room for both large groups and spontaneous drop-ins, all in a relaxed atmosphere with a focus on good vibes, good music and good drinks.

Private events at UC Shuffleboard Bar

It is not possible to have a 100% private event with us, but we are happy to make table reservations for larger groups. We reserve an area in the bar with an appropriate number of seats depending on the size of the party. The area is therefore not private, but you will have an area in the open bar, where there are also other guests.

The larger your party, the more you will naturally fill get in the bar.
